Platinum Property Management has honestly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Being a renter can be just as stress inducing as being a landlord when trying to find the perfect fit. The team at Platinum has been so wonderful to work with. The few times I've had questions or required information they are very quick to respond with very clear and concise direction. I have hardly felt as though I'm renting since I moved in, Christa and Nicola at the office have personally helped me with numerous things from documentation to repairs without hassle. The viewing process is nicely automated and the property manager we met was nice. However he could not answer all my questions as he was filling in for someone. Now I cannot for the life of me talk to somebody at their office. No one picks up the phone! I left a message and no one returned my call.

They don't care about any tenants. I paid rent on time for 3 years actually paid early. took pride in the home repairs were usually done by us when we could.we were treated like scum regularly. This description is a flashy play with words that doesn't reflect the actual actions of the day to day interaction. If your not in the highest tax bracket and own a Lexus' ,you will be beneath them and treated like it.

Lovely property management for the entire time we lived on the property. The staff have always helped us in a very timely fashion and they have always been incredibly professional. For sure one of the better property management companies I have had to deal with in the renting environment.

I've been renting through Platinum since September 2021 and I am quite impressed. Whether I was inquiring about rentals, getting my lease documents in order, or experiencing problems in my unit, they have returned my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. I am very pleased!

DO NOT rent any apartment from them!!! Here is why: I did rent an apartment from the, but it was the worst decision. Here is why: First of all, read their contract! I lost my job during the contract and had to downgrade! I found a person to take over my lease, but they charged me 500$ for the administration fee! They are very strict about rules when it comes to their benefit! The guy with whom I was doing the move-in inspection ignored many flaws in the building and told me they will be easy-going on the move-out inspection as well. The move-out inspection was way more thorough than the move-in inspection. Again, they know how to charge you! Last but not least, If you are trying to communicate with them through email, then good luck! You have to send loads of follow-up emails till they take care of your need.

A family member was interested in a rental unit managed by this company. The staff member who showed the unit was friendly and helpful. The building was described as pet friendly so when an application was made for rental, approval of a dog was also needed. The family member indicated their interest to rent the unit following the viewing of the property and submitted all documentation within hours of the viewing. The documentation provided also included all of the details about the dog. Unfortunately it took more than a week for the management company to give a response to only find out that the building has a strict 30 pound limit on dogs. The dog in question is about 55 pounds so was not approved. We feel that the management company should have known that information at the time of showing which would not have resulted in the family member wasting their time. The family member was very interested in this unit so passed up the opportunity to apply for another property that they viewed resulting in losing out on that property as well. Good properties at a reasonable price are hard to find and even harder to get if you don't move on them quickly. Update: Reply to the management companies response. I understand that the final say is up to the condo board and I accept that. My issue is that the property manager did not seem to know the policy of the condo board at the time of the showing. It took a week to get the answer that the condo board has a firm rule on a 30 lb max weight for dogs. Had we known that we would not have wasted the time to apply and then lose out on other properties while waiting a week for a response. The management company led us to believe that it was possible to have an exemption to the policy.
