Condo President here. Simco managed our property for 6 years. We had 6 different managers during that time. All of those were changes to management in house not at our request. If you're searching for competency... Look elsewhere. If you're searching for accountability... Look elsewhere. If you're searching for assistance... Look elsewhere. The revolving door of this company leaves you holding the bag! Corporations beware, this company seeks to trap you through agreements that they do not bargain or comply with.

Our condo complex engages Simco Management for its management and I've worked with a few Property Managers from Simco over the years. Nathan Couston has been an excellent Property Manager. During my interactions with him, he has always been professional, courteous, resourceful, and responsive. He listened to my concerns and either helped me resolve them or find alternative solutions. Our Condo complex is lucky to have Simco Management managing our properties, and Simco Management is lucky to have Nathan Couston as part of their team.

To Carrie who assisted me with gathering the required docs for the sale of my townhome: THANK YOU! I am so pleased with how efficient you were with getting my last minute requests in. I have used Simco management to take care of my condo as a rental. They took great care of my unit, handled all the financials and made me feel very comfortable. I have to add I moved from Calgary to Newfoundland 14 years ago and they have took care of it for most of those years. Heather the property manager was a pleasure and Coih in the financial department was amazing.

I really have to say I have had exceptionally great service from Dillon Kirkland with Simco Management(Calgary) Inc. I am a realtor with a listing in one of the complexes they manage and in working with him obtaining condo documents he has been very thorough, professional, very pleasant to talk with and responsive. It really makes our job that much easier with that kind of professionalism, respect and care! I would really recommend the Company and Dillon Kirkland!

Working with Heather Powell has been a great experience. She is very responsive, works together with the tenant, and is so approachable and friendly. I just recently moved out of my rental property and everything was taken care of by her and she made the transition quite seamless. Although this hasnt always been the case with experiences at Simco, Heather really turned things around for me and made my living experience with Simco fantastic.

To all the girls involved in directing and managing getting the condo docs to me in a super timely professional manner - THANK YOU! THANK YOU! From Linda (my first initial contact) to the receptionist to the amazing gals sending the documents and trying to figure out the confusing orders - you were all so wonderful to deal with and very accommodating in a bit of a difficult situation.:) I appreciate dealing with a great Management company and will ensure I tell my colleagues how great Simco was on this transaction. Quite often we have struggles with different Management companies (as you do with Realtors I am sure! :) ) and believe it or not, this can impact resale in condo projects.
