This causes the entrance to our door very slippery. My mom is a senior and living by herself so it is very dangerous for her especially in Winter. The previous condo management company promised it will be fixed but we waited over a year and it is still not fixed. When I know we change to a new condo management company C-Era Property Management, I emailed the issue to C-Era Property Management and CC our property manager Tom Young. Tom replied to my email right away and asked for more information and he scheduled a contractor to come to fix it within two days. I am so impressed by C-Era Property Management’s efficiency and they really care about the residents and provide excellent customer service!

I have been a board member for over five years, and I also interviewed several property managers in our last selection process for a management company. She is knowledgable, patient and cares deeply about our building and residents. She would go above and beyond to make sure the solution she offers is the best for the building. She has in-depth knowledge about our bylaw and the condomium act, and makes excellent recommendations to the board when the board encounters issues.

I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to obtain documents through the owners app and online. We missed ordering one document and C-Era staff hustled to get it done for us and save the deal!
