N	Nicole Grebely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers beware! I cannot express enough how disappointing attempting to build a custom home with Crystal Creek Homes was!!! They literally played games for over 3 months and made we wait weeks and weeks for a response on everything. They treated me with complete disregard the entire time. We had agreed on a price and all that needed to be done was a couple of little changes on the drawings and for the lot to be released. Once the lot was released and I put the lot on hold they decided to up the price by $195,000.00 amount due to “industry and company changes” even after we had agreed on a price weeks before. But because they had changes “within the company” they would not honour the original price that was agreed upon. Then I expressed that they had wasted the past three month of my life by playing games they responded by saying they could not and would not honour the price we agreed on because the industry is very busy and they are experiencing pricing swings on a weekly basis. For a “Custom Home Builder” they have terrible customer service and apparently they are too busy and don’t need more business and cannot honour prices they agree to. They agree on a price and then change it by $195,000.00 a month later and they could care less that they did that. Not to mention that there was complete lack of communication the entire three months. Building a home was supposed to be an exciting experience and it was so far from, that it was a terrible experience. I will never recommend nor will I ever attempt to do any business with Crystal Creek Homes ever again! My time was completely wasted for three whole months!!!

They found a way to get us absolutely everything on our wish list for a home, while staying on budget. They have exceptional attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and home design. I highly recommend this home builder!
K	Kevin H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built a home with these guys - beware! Everything is great, until they have your money. Then, you don't matter one bit anymore. There were things identified within the 1yr warranty period that, after 20 months post possession, are still not resolved and I'm just getting the run-around about when things will be fixed. I was berated by the service team for hiring an external home inspector within the 1 yr period - WHILE they were here fixing a leak (that caused a flood) the home inspector found. One of the door hinges was missing 1 screw - and they refused to replace it (I am not kidding - it wasn't even saving them a trip, they had to come replace something else anyway). A 5 cent screw will cost Crystal Creek my recommendation to anyone looking to build a luxury house - look elsewhere. This is not a luxury custom builder, this is just another do-the-minimum builder you have to keep on top of to get what you paid for. Having talked to the neighbours, they also feel the same way - confused and frustrated this is how they treat customers. On the plus side, the sales, design, and building process itself was very nice. But really, the after sales service is what sours the entire experience.

The build process was organized and easy to understand. The customer service was exceptional and everyone from design to warranty were always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Crystal Creek.

They are very professional to answer all my questions, when it comes to my budget, they always go above and beyond to get a solution for me. As building in the pandemic sometime can be stressful, but Crystal Creek team showed their support and care. I have moved in to my place for over 4 months now. Their service team completed my move in walk through and they managed to schedule all trades to come in one day to fix all the touch ups. They sure build good quality homes as I can't really find many things for them to fix.

The Sales team of Rylia Fielding and Reilly Mason were absolutely awesome. They worked tireless with us to design a home that met our large family’s needs. Then there was the interior designer Melissa Friesen who got to know our individual style’s first and then helped us pick out options that not only met our needs/wants but was functional. The vendors that work with Crystal Creek were all great and understanding. Our Foremen Derek who took the time to answer any of our questions through out the build. Once we were handed the keys to the house, the server team has been excellent in assisting us with any issues we have had and worked around our schedule. All in all I must this this has been a great first new home experience and we greatly appreciate everyone at Crystal Creek for working with us on our dream home. For this we all say a big Thank you!

They both were there with us throughout the entire process and gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions along the way. They said it wasn't going to be a perfect process but open, honest dialogue would support the build process. They offered transparency throughout the entire build and we are very grateful for them and their support. We love our home and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
