J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we moved into our unit earlier this year, my boyfriend and I were having trouble obtaining a garage remote. Despite numerous inquiries and repeated call backs, nothing was happening. A few months ago I was aware we had a new Community manager (Ed Garcia). From the moment Ed took over, he has gone above and beyond with everything we have needed assistance with. He felt terrible about our experience with the garage remote and worked to resolve it immediately (thanks Ed). Recently we were having hot water/plumbing issues and once we informed Ed, he immediately got me in contact with the company to book an appointment and the issues were resolved. He has shown to be a very friendly, transparent and approachable guy, who you can really depend on. I have been very impressed with him and want to recognize all of his time and hard work! It really makes a difference!

The staff is always friendly and they quick respond any question I might have. Liz Richter has been really nice and kind. E	Emil D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with Montgomery Ross & Associates Tracy Schuhart is our property manager who does not call people back or respond to emails !! “Absolutely Useless” Non-Stop BS and treats condo owners and their tenants like they don't own the place but yet collect condo fees without missing a beat! If you take someone’s money, and promise a service, then do not deliver that service, that is theft. Your job is to respond to inquiries from property owners. Not answering your phone, not responding to messages or emails, is you doing your job poorly. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this firm. It says lots when their Google reviews have no bearing to the ones they 'approve' to have on their website.

As someone who was on the board at the time of her managing the building, I got to see first hand how she not only performed her basic duties well, but went far above and beyond in being available during emergencies, doing hard core research to ensure best pricing of contractors, providing/connecting us with expert advice on areas of management outside of duties, etc. Highly recommend Associa - and in particular Da'Linda Ramcharan as our experience with her was excellent.
