M	Moon Shimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company I work for owns a business managed by Manchester Properties Inc. We made a simple request for new and updated signage on the entrance door. Manchester's 1st attempt to apply the new decal was subpar to say the least. It looked dirty and unprofessional due to the old shadowing from the previous wording showing through. Unacceptable. 2nd attempt (one month after the first failed application), and the decal is peeling from the door, and wrinkled. It is +5 outside right now, so they can't even use "weather permitting" nonsense as an excuse. You can plainly see dirt as evidence that the contractor did not even wipe the door down before applying the decal. This is just blatant lack of care and pride in your work. Had I know it would have taken two months and still no positive resolution, I would have hired my own contractor, or done the dang job myself. Thanks for nothing Manchester. I would give 0 points if I could. Word of advice, if anything requires fixing around your business that is managed by Manchester Properties Inc., hire your own contractors. Updated 1/19/2018. As you can see from the photo, the black door decal shows obvious signs of crinkling, and premature wear and tear along the corners, and on the sides. Another company has been called to remedy the situation. Fool me once.

A few I looked at where Jim was the listing agent broker, very professional but sometimes the layout or built didn’t work for me. Then years later MPI represented a client that was selling industrial bay I really liked that I purchased. From there, MPI is also the property management company on site for the warehouse condo complex and their reports, periodical check up on site, maintenance schedule, attending and chairing annual general meeting has always unkept the firms imagine. And now I’ve also become MPI’s client, I entrust on Bennett at MPI for his commercial property expertises, leasing out the very same warehouse condo I purchased from them years ago when I was on the buying side.
