Would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a realtor. We bought a house with her and she was highly available, making the whole process smooth. She provided very candid assessments of houses to help us avoid making a mistake, even if it meant working with us for longer.

We were extremely fortunate to find Karen Fawcett during our vacation in Mexico, after we reached out, she immediately connected with us via video conference…. I think she wanted to jump on a plane to meet in person after seeing where we were. During the process of getting our parents home cleaned out and prepped for sale, she guided us through the market process and current real estate conditions in Calgary. She was our angel. She developed a solid evaluation of the property and walked us through the whole process and what to expect. A week later she had it listed for us on Friday, enabling showing appointments for that weekend. We had over 50 showings come through which brought 15 good offers to the table and within only 3 days of putting the home on the market, we happily closed on an offer 75K over listing price. The way she navigated the appointments was beyond anything we have ever seen. Almost every 1/2 hour a new showing was being completed and she kept us updated through the whole process, we don’t think she even had time to eat lunch. Throughout all this, we were at home in Edmonton when she did her magic. Karen is kind and respectful, she is extremely knowledgeable of the market in the Calgary area, we would easily recommend her and the team for top realter award, she is the "top Professional".
