As my husband and I were not very familiar with all the neighborhoods and were very particular with buying a house in the inner city out of the flood zone, Jamie's experience proved invaluable. He showed his worth when we made an offer on our dream home and the realtor representing the sellers was not very easy to work with and did some questionable stuff.
