As a first time home buyer, in a city I had barely visited, Paul was able to give valuable advise and guidance. No other realtor has advised against buying an overpriced property, especially when that means more gains for them, but Paul, because he is genuinely more concerned about finding his clients their ideal home at an ideal price, than he is about a commission. Paul is also very easy to work with. He understood my rather ambiguous requirements and tailored his search to suit my needs. He also has a broad range of contacts, ranging brokers, inspectors, lawyers, contractors, plumbers, property managers, e.t.c. and is on top of his game, when it comes to negotiation, professionalism, ethics and quality. It's no surprise he came highly recommended to me, and needless to say, after purchasing my first property with Paul, I do recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
