R	Reza Arzpeyma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who was working in MRI, behaved a little bit rude and pressed my pain area so that I feel extreme pain now. In addition, because of her negligence regarding preparing music and the respective device, I experienced very uncomfortable treatment conditions as I had to tolorate frustrating MRI noises instead of listening to music. I asked her for my favorite music and she said she is busy with her job! I don't know how much an earphone costs for a center like here that cannot be renewed! I wanted to say that I will never come to this center again and never recommend any body to choose this center, however, because of another technologists' behaviour and his care and friendship attitudes that actually helped me patientely, I ignore to complaint too much.

I have a really hard time sitting, and they tell you you can't take any pain meds before. Really stressful, and they want you to show up 15 min early. I have been here over 5 times and they are always really late
K	Kilm Zarf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When an innocent, vulnerable, suffering and defenseless senior citizen is mistreated , humiliated & turned away by their so called their x-ray manager/supervisor without any accountability, professionalism, sympathy and humanity then how could anybody trust such an entity even if they're the only one in town? Is this what one should expect from a healthcare professional at the expense of taxpayers of this province? I have no words for this.
k	kimi singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service you can get ever! No matter how urgent it is for u to get the tests done. No matter even if you are dying these people don't help at all! I strongly suggest go anywhere but here. If you are late by even 5mins they cancel you appointment and make you book another day. They dont care how much pain you are in or how much urgent it is to get the tests done! Make me think that health service in Canada itself is bad!
J	Joe Baldes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rated on two visits set one week apart. Had first ultrasound with Kristie, went well although I did get in pretty late and the x-ray machine was out of order. Second visit was with Misty on ultrasound and Maryam on X-ray, which was now up and running. All technicians were friendly, gentle and professional, so I was quite satisfied with the service. The staff up front were also very nice.

Cheers to Grace for the patience and understanding and going extra mile to make me comfortable and trying really hard to find a vein for contrast. After I arrived home I've had some questions regarding the pictures and they called me back right away explaining my concerns. I will use them again without any hesitation. Thank you ?

On Saturday November 13 I received a phone call to confirm my appointments, which I confirmed. Monday November 15 I received a text to confirm my appointment, which again, I confirmed. I arrived for my appointment on November 16 to be told that my X-Rays would not be done as the machine was broken. When I inquired as to how long the machine was down, I was told a month. So this machine was down at the time I booked my appointment and no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know my appointment had been cancelled due due a broken down machine. Very unprofessional on the part of Canada Diagnostic Centres
t	tanya dominic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very easy check in. Waited just 5 minutes and they took me in for my ultrasound. The technician was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The other staff are really friendly as well.
