X-Ray Closures at Okotoks

At this time we are operating this clinic with less staff than we would like. Our staff is working hard to minimize the impact but unfortunately there will be no x-ray services at our Okotoks location for the following days:

  • June 13-16

  • June 20-23

Thank you for your understanding. X-Rays are still available at our Avenida, Walden, and Forest Lawn locations.

Please note we require all patients to wear a face covering in our clinic. If you arrive without one, we will provide one for you. Only the patient will be allowed in the clinic to ensure physical distancing, unless assistance is needed. Thank you for your understanding.

When you can in to book they tell you to come in 15 minutes before the appointment to check in. The day of the appointment they call you to tell you to come in 35 minutes before the appointment only to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes then the rest of the time in the change room. Why book a time only to know you're going to be late if the patient comes in on time? They definitely don't have they stuff together.

Had an appointment for an ultrasound on my left ankle after twisting it, missed the turn the first time to get there but once I managed to find the place and check in, the front counter lady was very courteous and friendly. Waited for maybe 5 minutes or so, once I was in the room with the sonographer she was really gentle when running the transducer probe (I googled the part names) as to not cause any more pain on the ankle. Can't say I wasn't happy with how everything went and how courteous the staff and tech were, I'll most likely be going to this place when my gp needs an x-ray or ultrasound done. Thanks.

I went to ADC for my 18 week pregnancy ultrasound. I wasn't sure how this location would be because of the area but it was the only place I could book for Saturday. My husband works 8-5 Mon- Fri and he wanted to be there to find out the gender of the baby. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. But once I got into the back the tech wanted me to change into scrubs because I could potentially get gel on my clothes. I told her it was ok I didn't mind and I had a shirt and maternity skirt on so I could just move them so they wouldn't be in the way. She was less than pleased but allowed me to keep my own clothing on. Then she said that my husband wouldn't be allowed to watch the ultrasound until the last 10 min. This is an hour long ultrasound. This is our first baby and I know he was eager to see it. I asked her why and she said that's just the way she does it. So I told her that I wanted him in there for the entire ultrasound and that he was my husband, its my privacy. It wasn't like I wanted 3 or 4 people to come in with me. Just my best friend, my other half, the father of my child! Anyway she finally gave in and let him sit there and watch. While I was having the ultrasound done I told her we would like to find out the gender of the baby and could she please write it down rather than tell us. (The following day was fathers day and our 2nd anniversary) We thought it would be special to find out then. But she very rudely said that she couldn't write it down and that we either find out while we were there or we find out from my doctor. We ended up deciding to find out there. She was very rude. I definitely would recommend going somewhere else if you can. If I could give this place two different stars I'd rate it a 5 for the receptionists and a -5 for the technician we saw that day. I hope this helps and if you go to Forest Lawn ADC I hope you have a better experience than we did.

Had an ultrasound of my foot this morning at the Walden site. Zahid was great, explained everything he was doing before he did it (pushing on the foot, etc). He was friendly & respectful, made me feel comfortable. Receptionist was also friendly. I maybe waited 5 minutes once I arrived. Great service! Definitely using this location again!

It's my first time here, I booked an appointment because its the nearest to my place, I ask the receptionist if they could put it a small envelope the gender of my baby because we're going to have a gender reveal for my parents.but the lady who should tell us the gender can't even tell us if its a boy or girl that's why im so disappointed because she told me to ask my doctor about it insead. I didn't even let me to hear my babies hartbeat. And the picture that they gave was so cheap printed only in a band paper I would not recommend you to come here.5 star only for the receptionist she's very nice.

Went in for a knee ultrasound and X-ray. Reception friendly, fast and efficient. X-ray tech vey efficient, she answered my questions. Very knowledgeable. Ultrasound tech, answered a text message during the ultrasound, good thing she was doing a procedure that she could stop to answer that text, must have been super important. Not impressed.

I have been in twice in the last week for different testing. On my first visit I did a walk in X-ray and booked another test for later in the week. The front staff were kind and efficient. The X-ray tech was amazing. She was kind and made the X-ray fun. I went back a few days later to get an ultrasound and again the front staff was amazing. They checked me in quickly and answered all my questions about the paintings. They were kind and smiling the whole time. The ultrasound tech was incredible. She was patient with me and kept making sure she wasn’t pushing down too hard. I was in a lot of pain and she was so accommodating. I would come back here anytime, I’ll send all my friends and family here. All the staff went above and beyond. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
