Most of the people that work there are awesome however don't get stuck with the one chick. she's super aggressive and really rude.

I have never felt so good about a bank. I have absoloutely NOTHING, bad to say about this Company or the people who work here. I am extremely impressed with the way they went out of their way to accommidate me in even the simplest questions. I highly recommend this Cashco for anyone just opening an account. The people who work here are Friendly, Polite and most of all Respectful.....not the treatment you get at a bank.

I had a good experience with the staff and money was there when I was in a pinch and needed it. So I want to be fair on that account. I took out a loan for $2,000 in November 2018. However, after making my payments diligently and even making a lump sum payment I finally asked for an actual breakdown of my payment history including a total breakdown for the loan principle and interest etc. And not just a receipt for the payment because it just didn't add up to me that I still owed so much. I was shocked when I saw that breakdown. I made 20 payments at $155.36, plus a $400 lump payment plus another $49 payment. The math reflects that I have paid around $3,829.77 on a $2,000 loan. And still owe nearly $300 according to them. The way they work it is there are extra fees that are exclusive of interest and principle which caries between $20-60 a payment. And the interest is between $30-50 a payment. So please be very clear about how badly you think you need a loan before signing up. I thought according to my loan docs that I would pay back $2,800. Not an extra $1,300 on top of that! Wow!!!! And I have a decent job to make these payments so I can't imagine someone working at min.wage. please please think about it before you sign up. Also I should mention I paid my loan off 3 months early. I would've had 6 more payments of $155.36 for yet another total of $932.16. So aprox.$4,761.93 on $2,000. A difference of $2,761.93 in interest and extra fees! Buyer beware. This is financial dishonesty and taking advantage of people in a rough situation.
