They were helpful, but not pushy.

If you have to use services as such I would only come to this place as they can be trusted with your belongings. They store then properly and really try to work with you the best they can. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there today to buy a couple of bicycle around 130pm. I asked one of the staff there (older Caucasian male, pony tail hair) to see if there any discount when purchasing more than 1 and he immediately gave a big fat no answer and then I wanted to see more of the bike and if it work and if I can test ride it and he just told me about the sticker on the bike and no I can not test ride it. And that I have to buy it first before I test ride it and there no return policy. He was being somewhat rude to me. I worked for a pawn shop for 5 years before and I have never encounter such a rude staff. How do they expect to sell anything without testing it. The staff could ask for my driver license and car key before I take it out to their parking lot. I dresses normal. But he assumed I will ride off with the bicycle. Super bad experience with this staff worker. The store need to train their staff to be more friendly and reasonable. If he having a bad day then stay home or leave your bad attitude at home. For this reason, I will tell everyone my bad experience and never to go to this pawn shop ever. There are plenty of pawn shop across the street that will give you a way better experience.
