Perfect customer service, conversation and they really make customers feel welcome. My FIRST stop when driving/moving back from Ontario was to the location across/behind from T&T Mall. Hands down favourite place to purchase and the employees are a big part of that reason. Keep being amazing guys. Much love!!

I also got a good quality grinder and it definitely was worth the money! The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. Prices were not bad at all and it has a huge variety of accessories and pieces. I’ll definitely have to come back here again.

They spent 20 min building different setups for me, trying to find just the right piece. Finally we came up with an amazing set up, best part is the price for the quality. I highly recommend this location, best service and product selection.

I used to have to go down to the Bowness store but once they located in Forest Lawn, they became my preferred store. When they did not carry my brand of rolling papers, and I asked about them, they looked into it and brought them in. Wow! Talk about customer service! That was several years ago and I still get great service. Fred, the owner?/ manager, is always willing to help out with whatever you need. As I stated, they are very accommodating. If they don't have exactly what you are looking for, their suggestions just may change your mind. They know their stuff. Another plus of this store is all the art work. One of the walls is covered by an artist's doodling. It is fascinating and so appropriate for the store. Plus there are some other paintings etc. Just make sure you take a good look at all the really freakin cool bongs! The heart and lungs hand blown glass bong and some of the insect glass bongs are mind blowing! Even if you don't indulge, you should come in just to see this exceptional glass blowing. Thanks, Fred et al for a great store. Just be aware lots of customers struggle parking there. Hmmmmm?? LOL. Enjoy!!

Wish I lived nearby so I could actually visit the store. Looks like a cool place. When I called in about the purchase I realized what a High-Quality group of people I was dealing with. Good stuff!!! Its a small business, family-run, and supporting places like this is what we need more then ever!!! The Tuxedo line from Gear is top notch. Super happy custy. My new bong shop. :) :)
