It seems like he’s only ever worked with people he personally knows, as he lacks every aspect of professionalism. He was unsuccessful at selling our home within 8 months during the peak of the market. His photographer took horrible pictures, Mody himself did not wear a mask and walked in with his shoes on!!! He even shuffled our bed around and poked in our personal drawers which was BEYOND crossing every line. Would NOT recommend. Plenty of better real estate agents out there that actually know how to do their job.
