Friendly people during my sleep study, but products are inadiquate for Calgary's climate. No help with the Phillips unit. +$2000 for a unit, with a tank too small to last all night in Calgary. No units with larger tanks, no explinations why some nights would go through the whole tank of water, where I'd wake up middle of the night very dry, while other nights wouldn't use more than a drop. For the cost of $2000, I would expect a tested unit for our climate, not a unit that works great, four hours at a time. A choice of larger tanks would be beneficial as well.

Careica web site says walk in store hours for the Calgary, 62 Ave Careica Health Centre are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Was at health centre at 4pm today and the door was locked. What's with that? No posted store hours, no closed sign. I like Careica but you can do better.

Service has gone so low, it's ridiculous! I was assured by email on December 17, 2020 that my replacement mask and filters had been shipped to me. These products are due to me because I have an annual service contract for which I pay $30/month. When I still hadn't received the equipment on January 2, 2021, I emailed the rep who gave me the assurance of the December 17 shipment. Lo and behold on January 4, 2021, I get an email from Canada Post saying they have just received a shipment from Carieca for tracking purposes. So, where has my order been all this time - I won't even bore you with the frustrations leading up to the December 17 supposed shipment. In the last 2 years the reasonable service has gone down the toilet. My next step (tomorrow morning) will be to cancel my monthly contract and just buy a new mask and hose online annually. The $360 annual fee isn't worth it.
