Apnea, employment choices, a house fire and menthal cigarettes toasted my lungs. By May 2017 low blood oxygen had put me in hospital. On an outpatient prescription I was placed under the care of Dr Tsai and RHS Canada, a huge hug to their tech Deasy Ardini CRE Registered Respiratory Therapist. Initially, placed on oxygen and Bi-Pap, today I'm happy to report oxygen is not required but the Bi-Pap remains and may always be required. Deasy has been with me from day one. When I needed help with equipment or medical questions she was there. I wouldn't get the same day care from a non-registered pop-up respiratory care company or if I purchased on line. In the future, physicians will not be permitted to associate with non-registered companies. RHS has been registered since 2001. So if you call Calgary home and you're looking for right proper homecare, give Deasy Ardini a ring at RHS Canada. Many thanks to Jennifer at Dr Tsai's office and Beata at RHS Canada.

I typically accompany my aunt who is a client at southwest RHS location. Both she and I are very impressed not only with her RRT "Deasy" regarding her knowledge & communication skills, but also with the friendliness of the frontline staff. My aunt recently experienced some technical issue with her CPAP machine, and Deasy arranged a trial with an alternate loaner machine to diagnose the issue, and afterwards promptly arranged to provide a new replacement CPAP (thus honoring the warranty). The RRT's patience in alleviating my aunt's anxiety about replacing her CPAP machine is certainly appreciated!

There are always limitations in every institution but having Deasy Ardini as therapist in this branch, nothing you cannot work or deal with. Deasy understands each client/patient's needs and can be flexible for the sake of my health and welfare. RHS can keep the clients by having someone like her dealing not only for the treatment but also for customer service. Based on my chats with my other co-CPAP users, this branch is particularly (Deasy) caring and highlights the importance of regular check-up/follow-up. More power to RHS (this branch especially - Deasy). For now, I am relaxed that I have a respiratory therapist who cares. Thank you.

I had a great experience with all the staff. Deasy was my specialist and she was very friendly, professional and thorough showing me options and functionality for various machines available. The clinic looked after the entire paperwork for Doctors approvals and I ended getting 100% reimbursed from my medical coverage. Deasy has also followed up with me a few times to check in and see how my mask is working. Top quality service and they deserve a 5 star rating!

My wife entered this location to have he CPAP machine replaced because of a call back. Everything was done professionally. The new machine was explained perfectly and all questions were answered. My wife also inquired about a purchase of a new mask. We purchased one, but upon reviewing the price online, we should have purchased one online and saved about 50%.

Was very pleased to see Tim V again - this location is only a 17 minute drive from my house & very easy to get to. Purpose of my visit was to have my Phillips Dreamstation CPAP machine replaced due to a recall. Tim went over the new machine (DreamStation 2) thoroughly to make sure I was familiar with all of the functions, etc of the new machine. I was in & out within a half hour. Always a pleasure to deal with Tim.

Very professional staff at RHS off Crowchild, particularly my specialist, Deasy A. I had been through a very bad experience before I was referred to them, and what a difference. Unlike where I was previously, I felt like the staff at RHS was there to help me improve my apnea and not just sell me a machine. They cared with follow up and when I misread their hours, they even opened the doors after closing for the day to help me out with an exchange of some faulty parts from my ASV machine. They have made a HUGE difference in my wellbeing!

I saw Tim today to replace my recalled Phillips Dream station Cpap machine. He was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who greeted me on arrival was very friendly and kind. Margaret V.
