This place is all about the money. During my home sleep test I only slept for 4 hrs woke 3 times and the equipment kept failing. You would think they would have done a second test but no instead called me with a sales pitch. I have now gone to a different company and the difference is unbelievable.

I wish there was 6 star to put for Troy the R.T. who came to our house for my daughter. 6 years in Canada, I have never ever met someone like Troy. Such a wonderful, kind, super polite, super friendly gentleman. All of us at home we couldn't except but notice how much Troy is an awesome person. Troy, you are fantastic))) thank you sooo soo much)))

This was my first visit and the staff are very nice. I saw Tim. Y. he was so nice and made feel very calm. I get very scared when I meet new people but with him. I was so calm. He explained every thing so easy. I was very happy. Thank you

RHS called me and I was told to expect a call tomorrow. It never came. After 2 weeks (I was busy) I called them. They said expect a call at 9:00AM on Thursday. Call came in. They said expect a virtual call on Tuesday. Really? A scheduled call to schedule a call? I downloaded all the necessary apps etc for the virtual call. I open it up at the requested time and wait for 10 minutes. No one comes on. I call the office. "Oh! We usually do a virtual call when you have the equipment." No one said anything to me about ordering a cpap. "It will take 10-14 days to get one." So I've booked time off work 3 TIMES for calls that just said, we are going to book another call. I have rearranged my work day 3 different times for nothing!

Just spent and hour with Troy who came to my home to do an assessment of my oxygen therapy. His knowledge and professionalism was clearly evident as it has been with all the RT's who have visited me and worked with me over the years. RHS has taken care of my needs at a level far exceeding what I would consider normal client services for not only my oxygen needs but C-Pap requirements as well. 5 stars does not seem to be sufficient but its as high as it goes. I would strongly recommend their staff and services

The place was easy to find, with lots if parking. The receptionist was lovely. The Respiratory Care Specialist (Tim Y.) was excellent! He was helpful, understanding and compassionate. He provided clear explanations that were easy to follow. His approach was unique and very much appreciated.

Have been a patient at RHS for many years and there are two constants: the front desk receptionist who is always very pleasant to deal with; and the quality service you get from their respiratory specialists. Chances are, you will never have the same one from one appointment to the next, but it really doesn’t matter when the service is exceptional regardless. I did have one issue with the equipment I purchased, and they immediately replaced it without hesitation and no further cost to me or my insurance. Top marks to them on their hiring and training of personnel.

First it was not easy getting in to see them fore my first visit. Second It felt it was about business over customer care. When it came time to buy the machine I wasn't given an option. They asked if I had coverage and I feel they based the machine on me having the coverage. I made it clear that I travel for work more then I'm home. They didn't take this into consideration when selling me the machine. The machine was not only expensive but its huge. Sad part is I'm probably going to have to leave it at home and never use it because of how big it is to travel with.
