The owner Fran was incredibly rude! I rented a wheelchair for my dad on july 27th, when I arrived at advantage home health solutions NONE of the employees including the owner were wearing masks! I did my transaction and paper work with Gina, before leaving on the 27th I requested a quote for a wheelchair along with an oxygen tank attachment... I asked Gina to call me with the quote because I wanted to purchase when I came back to return the rental on the 28th. She never called me with my quote I requested. When I arrived on the 28th to return the wheelchair NO ONE even greeted me as I walked in with THIER wheelchair, Bonnie was too busy eating cookies and Fran couldn't be bothered and Gina was actually busy on a phone call. So I entered the store and then walked all the way to then end of the service counter a and finally I greeted the staff since Bonnie and Fran were so "overwhelming busy". Again on my return to the store none of the employees OR the owner were wearing masks! Bonnie eventually started helping me with my return and when I asked about the quote she had no idea what I was talking about. Gina also asked if I had been helped after getting off of the phone so I reminded her about the quote I requested and she told me she didn't ever look it up. While I was waiting for my deposit to be returned as well as the quote they reluctantly started, and after being in the store for sometime Fran started spouting off about me and my companions not wearing masks and that we needed to be wearing masks inside of her establishment. Meanwhile the owner Fran and all of the staff are unmasked themselves! Talk about double standards and discrimination Fran! Gina passed us masks that we put on, and then a warehouse worker came out stood beside Gina and of course he was unmasked! At that point I told Gina "shouldn't he be wearing a mask?" and he eventually put on a mask. Fran was rude and has a bad attitude, Fran you do not speak down to customers especially if they are voicing clear concer about your double standards in your business. Please train yourselves with customer service practices such as greeting paying/ potential customer's. Also if someone is in the market for items your company sells you should probably be more helpful and attentive to paying customers/ potential customers. ALSO it looks really unprofessional when theres an entire tray of cookies and a costco sized bag of jelly beans and numerous other bags of junk food all over your desks. THANKS BUT no thanks, I will not be returning and will not be recommending your business after being treated so poorly! Fran, you catch more bees with sugar.

First review ever, Phil and his team are a good group to start with. Our transition with a growing child from normal day to day life to accessible van with porch lift life was made easier by everyone at Advantage. Equipment was affordable and in very good shape, as promised. Work change had me leaving with no notice for extended period so Phil stored the lift for us and rearranged his schedule to make it easier for us. Phil and Allen did a bang-up job of building a garage landing with steps to enable easy access to our home. I was going to build this myself, but glad I let the professionals do the job, super happy with the results! Thanks Advantage, you have earned a great review and we will not hesitate to recommend you to all in need of your specialized services!

I just bought 2 scooters here, all the staff where nice and polite, incredibly knowledgeable about their products. I left with a better product at an excellent price!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phil and his team were professional and respectful during every interaction that we had. Phil treated us with kindness and respect from the initial quote, to installation, servicing, and most recently removal of equipment after my husband passed. I would recommend Advantage to anyone who needs medical equipment and supplies. Phil's team took care to clean up their workspace in our house and garage. They communicated work times and costs, and refined the project until it really worked for our needs. Advantage was great to work with. I highly recommend them!!

I first discovered Advantage Home Health Solutions when I was choosing a provider for home medical equipment for my elderly parents. I chose Advantage because of their positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I found Fran to be very patient, knowledgeable and compassionate in her dealing with my parents. She helped my parents find products that enabled them to be independent in their home. The equipment was installed quickly and professionally. Fran and her team are top notch. I would highly recommend them!

On August 24th, 2021 Advantage serviced our chairlift. It was a great pleasure dealing with Gina and the crew. Professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We had a Simplicity chairlift supplied and installed. There was a intermitant problem with the chair that went beyond the warranty period. Advantage continued to respond and trouble shoot the issue at no cost until they found the root cause which was a defective battery. The truly support their customers and stand behind the products they sell.
