I was dubious about CPAP after a less than rewarding experience at another company a decade earlier. Sara(h?) handled it right. She didn't inflate my expectations and showed a desire to work with me to get things right.

Not open Saturdays. Its 11.45 pm my cpap stop working.. After hours said I have to wait until Monday.. I would of gladly paid a call out fee.. Monday morning Rachel called Me and she got my Doctor to send a prescription to her for insurance.. I was very happy with the service... 3 nights with terrible sleep but back on track.

My father recently was released from the hospital after two weeks with Mrsa pneumonia . The super bug. Initial meeting this place seemed great but soon turned sour. He has a home machine and a portable back up which soon broke down while out on an appointment. It is a portable with carry bags but how dumb are you not to give a back up battery for emergency. Never mind the slow service and it was not even a tech sent to check the charger, because guess what. Yes it was the charger and once again it is a delivery boy sent who takes with him the back up battery holding a full charge. That makes sense only another 5 day wait for a back up battery. Clap my head disarray Medigas what a way to give people breaths of reassurance. Just to cap up my review. It is now Friday May 3 and the back up battery was not delivered and no phone call to as why. People depend on this oxygen and have great fear of running dry, as happened once all ready. What is wrong with this company to take on such responsibility and be so unorganized and useless. I believe we need a provincial monitor to fine or take licences away from companies like this to protect our loved ones from such blatant disregard to human life, comfort and relaxation in the later years of struggling through life. So disgusted. PATHETIC.

The respiratory therapist Rachel was fantastic, accommodating, and extremely helpful. As I work out of town, and odd hours, my case wasn't exactly text book. The therapist went above and beyond keeping in contact with myself, my insurance, and my doctor to make acquiring a machine seamless.
