Had a sleep study from a Dr. referral here. That part went fine, but what i was much less impressed with was the immediate and constant pressure to immediately spend $2500 on their CPAP package, without any prior discussion of machine type, mask, requirements, or otherwise. The conversation basically went like "you Dr approved a cpap machine, it's $2500, i can drop it off today, credit card number?" They admit their professional services and program are covered in this "hardware purchase" which is covered by your insurance. But if you choose to buy the same machine elsewhere (for half the price), you have to pay out of pocket for services, which are unfortunately not covered by insurance. hhmmm.. the machine cost also happens to match the MAX insurance payout, which would have maxed my coverage out for the next 5 years. better not change your mind. I wouldn't even have a problem with that however, if any effort was given to education, discussion of needs, and actual value add prior to asking for payment. you are just one of many sheep coming through here, and their goal is to sell you a machine at twice the price (profit). I cant comment on after-purchase care, as I chose not to move forward here. Lost all trust.

They β€œwere” great but after they have received your CPAP money, they were 100% unreliable. They are very difficult to get a hold of, they never pick up their phone. The people that work there have empty promises. This is not a clinic that I recommend to anyone. Horrible, Horrible Experience!! Foothills Sleep Center does not recommend them as well. Its best to look elsewhere.

Sent Patients from BC to these people and they are great. They took care of our CPAP patients very similar to the way that we take care of Patients. Recommend them as they are knowledgeable and caring.
