★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This star is not a reflection of the instructors of the course as I never even made it that far. But the administration! The class I had signed up for the location had changed, but there was no notification posted or emailed to myself and another student. We waited patiently and then called where the administration schooled us for being late for an entire 40 minutes on the phone. They then proceeded to tell us that the accurate location is literally a hundred feet from where we are standing in the next parking lot. It would have been very simple to have told us to hustle to the proper location instead of being rude and condescending. Now 2 months later I have yet to receive my $170.00 back on my credit card after it was stated that I would be refunded. I drove two hours to get to this course and am a single Mom. It was a complete waste of time and money. Mistakes happen and I can fully understand but the way it was handled lacked professionalism of any sort and still does.

Enthusiastic and very informative, hands on facilitators. Looking forward to have a training again in your hands. Thank you so much for the learnings.

I was very impressed with our instructor Mr. Simard. He taught me a lot of new things and the course was extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an awesome experience. We were able to learn how much energy that we need to put when we do CPR through their advance technology. My husband and I attended the training and we love how Rufo and Katrina trained us. They were very entertaining and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a BLS course a few months ago and the instructor was amazing! He made the course very entertaining. I had some trouble receiving the certification but the staff was extremely nice about it and helped me sort out the issue quickly! Will be coming back here when I need other courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had to take many of the courses over the years for my work. So many that I certified as trainer myself in Vancouver. Having just moved to Alberta I thought it would prudent to re-certify given legislation changes from province to province. The course was well planned and taught. The instructor (a male, a twin, forgot his name) was absolutely wonderful. Kept the programme light hearted but stressed the important takeaways. The course was timely and for that I was very appreciative. Covid has changed the way it needs to be delivered but it was still managed very well. I would 100% recommend this company for any one needing updates, re certification or first timers. Equipment was clean and standard precautions were always enforced. Thanks for a fantastic experience!
