I had some issues with a bent rim and they helped me find a set of new rims, ordered them and they arrived within 1 day, and had them installed the same day of arrival. Car issues can be frustrating/ stressful but they made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call the shop and was able to get an appointment for the following day. Was quoted $20 per tire over the phone, but when I showed up for the appointment, price change to $45 per tire because I have run flat tires on and they are harder to remove. I argued a bit on the price, and was told to call Canadian Tire to get a quote if I don't believe him. ( that run flat tires are harder to get off ). I decided to go ahead since I am already there. Took about an house and half for the change over, paid 180 and left.
5 mins after I left the shop, got a tire low air warning while on deerfoot. Pulled over and one of the tire was flat.
Went back to the shop the next day, the boss told me that it's not their fault and charged me $25 to change the tire valve.
Will never go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tire star has mounted and balanced a few different tires for me over the last couple years, and I always come away satisfied. They've done both regular passenger cars, as well as some performance cars/hot rods with no issues. A wheel weight recently fell off an aftermarket wheel, that I was able to put back on but still had vibration. They re-checked all the balancing, and re-mounted my wheels. Although the balancing was actually fine, they rotated a couple wheels and re-torqued them free of charge and I had no issues afterwards. Pricing is also excellent. Highly recommend.
