I Came in with a flat and the owner Jay sheared my wheel studs on removal, and then asked me to sign a form saying he wasn't liable after offering a 2000$ repair plus labour and 2 day wait. He claimed that my rims were too wide and that had forced the stud to shear and I should call the mechanic who installed them (the dealership). Jay claimed he called my dealership and the parts were sold as a package of 4 at 450$ each and he offered to install them over 2 days... I called the same dealership who clarified that the part is $253, that I only need 1 and they can install the part I need to fix Jays mistake in under an hour and and that my rims were standard issue so Jay is lying cover his ass. Now I have a vehicle that is missing two studs and therefore can't be driven and have to have it towed to the dealership to have them rectify Tire crafts mistake. To top it all off, someone else came in to have their tire fixed and it had no leak and they didn't charge him but the customer signed nothing proving that Tirecraft had just removed all of his tires... what if they didn't put them back on properly? Now that customer has no proof. Worst part: The flat ended up just being a fluke that I over reacted about because it needed no repair so I could've avoided Jay and his shady business if I wasn't such a savvy car owner. Anyone have a lawyer...?

I even had a vehicle that was under warranty and the dealership tried to upsell repairs that I did not need. I brought my vehicle here first and they saved me a ton of money by inspecting what needed to be done and advising me not to do one of the repairs recommended as it was not needed.

I hit a curb during the snow storm white out on Saturday and did some damage to the left side wheel and steering system. I got it over to Warren and his group on Monday morning and went over what happened. This been a drop in I knew that it would be a while before I had my vehicle back. The tech's worked hard to find what damage I had done and staff kept me informed of what was wrong. They had me back on the road the next day. You cant ask for a better group of tech's and staff as what is at Tirecraft. Thank you very much for an AWESOME job!!
R	Rashid Memon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. the front tie rod link broken and i know it from another mechanic who quoted $250 and 1.5 hour job, (inclusive of alignment, labor and part). Unfortunately i assumed that i should go for a top notch quality shop. After holding the vehicle all day long they visually inspected, told me pretty much the same repair shall cost over $1000 and returned the vehicle with a bill of $80 (just inspection) No work and waste of time/money. I wish i had read the reviews before even deciding to go there.

I have family members who live out of province who bring their vehicles here for servicing. The guys here are fantastic! I never feel as though they are over charging me, in fact, they've helped me save money. If you need tires or anything to do with your car, go in and see these guys. I find it hard to believe the one star reviews because I have never encountered that kind of treatment. It makes me wonder if the reviewer has the correct location?? Please make sure when you are reviewing a business with multiple locations that you have the right location!
C	Christopher Towers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet Christmas!!! An honest mechanic with integrity! Chad and his team were amazing today. My girlfriend and I were driving to work and the car was squealing and smelling not right. Turned out it was the wheel bearing and looking it up and asking around made it seem like it was gonna cost me a pretty penny. Called up Chad because my boss used him for his car and Chad took us in right away, showed us a quote and fixed the car the same day. Even while there were taking the car off the lift it seemed like something wasn't right and they spent another hour looking the car over. No charge. The fix cost less than anticipated and when I mentioned the cost to a few friends they commented that it was a very good price overall. I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Chad and his team at Tirecraft to anyone that needs help. Thank you Chad and team. You really saved us today and I can't thank you enough.
