John and is team are knowledgeable and they don't do unnecessary work. He answered any questions I had and explained the work they did so I always felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was connected to this shop by another for an assessment on an old recreational vehicle we have. John was responsive and straightforward on the call, took a look at the vehicle within a very reasonable window of time, and gave me an honest, to the point assessment and multiple options for how to proceed. We are still deciding whether to proceed with the work on the vehicle at this time, but have absolutely no hesitation in returning to John if we do. Funny enough I went to a course this weekend and asked casually if anyone knew of any trusted shops (in case I wanted another opinion) as I'm new to the area. I kid you not, the only person who had a suggestion was a girl who said 'check out Harbour Auto, I've got an older car and they've been great'. Definitely will bring these guys business next time I'm in need. Really appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Volvo had a problem while driving to work. I just needed to leave the keys to John and he took care right away. It was Friday afternoon and he diagnosed the problem and ordered immediately the parts. He always has been kind to answer my questions and giving updates on the parts and work. The team was quite quick to finish the job after the parts arrived. My car runs actually better then before ?
Price-wise, the shop is very competitive and most important all the team does an excellent job

Can’t say enough good things about them!
Today I took my Jeep Commander in for what I suspected to be a speed sensor issue, got a call from john confirming what it was. What codes my vehicle was coming up with. Then gave me a quick price and time for completion.
Would recommend them to anyone!
