★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After checking out some reviews online to get my breaks done, and running into quite a few horror stories, i found someone recommending these guys. Gave them a call, told me to come on down, 10 minutes after arriving Steve had written out how much it would cost. It was a more then fair price, so i agreed, and Steve and Mark started working on it right away. Shortly after, they found some pretty big problems which needed new parts (car was in bad shape, they showed me what was wrong so no price gouging here), steve got on the phone got all the parts ordered, and the only downside was that i had to wait 1 day for one of the parts to arrive. Having no way home (other then transit), steve offered to give me a ride.
I dont even have my car yet, and i couldnt be happier with SM automotive. Thanks for the great experience guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, just terrible. Stay away! Not only they have no customer service and do things without contacting the owner, they also screwed up my wheels when I went for a tires change and it’s now costing me a lot to have it fixed. Also don’t ever expect them to call u back or return a voice mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my 05 jeep liberty there for a brake inspection, gave them instructions to contact me for pricing before any work is to commence. When I returned to collect my vehicle I was hit with a $1400 bill for work completed and no one contacted me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't call to confirm price, installed parts without notice first notifying customer. Doesn't call to let you know vehicle is ready. Invoice, although itemized it is vague. Vehicle is worse shape than when I first brought it in. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthcare employees were to receive 50% off oil changes. I made an appointment, and when I arrived, the business was closed. I waited 40 minutes before calling the owner. When he answered he said he couldn't make it, couldn't get parts etc! For an oil change??? I asked why he didn't call me to cancel. No reason. I would NOT RECOMMEND this "lack of service" to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve has done a wonderful and thorough workwwork my vehicle. He is balancing and working through a large amount of orders at the moment but he has always managed to answer my calls and questions right away.
He is a trusted mechanic and I will most likely go to him for future fixes.
