Dean and AAA Heating and Plumbing came right away and replaced my hot water tank in a timely manner and very affordable too. Definitely would call them again in the future!

My furnace broke down in the middle of winter and I had to get it fixed right away. Dean was quick, and a couple hours after I phoned the furnace was back up and running. Despite being an emergency call after hours, it was cheaper than I expected. Thanks Dean!

You guys saved us!!!! We returned home last night and found our house to be an ice cube with a broken furnace. We called almost every company in Calgary and they were the only ones willing and able to help. They helped us troubleshoot issues over the phone, then got Dean out here first thing today with everything we needed. If you are looking for fast, affordable repairs from outstanding techs willing to go the extra mile(on New Years Eve no less) than this is your company. Big thank you to Dean for everything. My furnace went out overnight. Dean was able to come to my house within the hour and identify the problem, replace the part, and quickly get the furnace running again. He was very professional and courteous and the fee for the emergency service call was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Dean Fleming is incredibly dishonest and absolutely cannot be trusted. Just look him up on the Better Business Bureau website. I certainly don't believe all the good reviews. Likely another scam by Dean. I called him because our furnace wasn't working properly. He eventually made it to my house, and diagnosed it as having to replace the furnace main board and the thermostats. It was very cold outside and we had little heat. He showed up 4 hours late for the appointment, replaced the parts and left, billing me just under $1800.00. For a week, we tried getting the house to warm up. We thought we doing something wrong with the thermostats, as we were not familiar with them. We called Dean back, when the temperature was minus 24 degrees Celsius, and it was 13 degrees in our house. He was rude to my wife on the phone and hung up on her. We never heard from him again. We called another company in, as we were freezing, and he diagnosed the problem as being: the outside vent from the furnace was blocked by a piece of wood, the flame sensor needed to be cleaned and he blew out a trap. He said the issues with the furnace had absolutely nothing to do with the board or thermostats, therefore Dean replaced those parts and billed me almost $1800.00 completely wrongly. Not one single part needed to be replaced. He 100% misdiagnosed our problem. There were multiple times when Dean said he would call back, which he didn't. I emailed Dean, asking for a refund on the misdiagnosed work he completed. Not shocking - I got no reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. If Dean replies to this review with excuses and justifications, it makes look worse than it already does. This is a 100% truthful and accurate review. Have a deep look at google reviews as well as Better Business Bureau reviews. This is not the first time he has pulled this.

We highly recommend AAA Heating. Dean and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is our 2nd air conditioner he has installed for us, and we are thrilled with his work. We have also used his team for many other heating issues through out the years. We are always confident that the work is going to be done correctly and with top notch quality. Dean is an honest straight shooter who will give you your options and the reasons he is recommending the products or work to be completed. When our furnace stopped working, my husband contacted Dean right away. He walked us through some trouble shooting to see if we could get it going (unfortunately that didn’t work) and we were able to set up an appointment right away. Dean was very professional and honest and went through exactly what was going on with our furnace - and most importantly get it back to working right away!!! He also made recommendations about best course of action for the future. I was so very pleased with his honestly - and the fact he didn’t come in trying to “sell” me on anything.
