★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE, this company scams the elderly. They are way overpriced and our experience was, four days later the problem re occurred. We asked them to come again to rectify the problem and they were going to charge the same amount as they initiallycharged which was outrageous. $557.00. We hired someone else and found the problem with the sewer line still persisted Pro Star or Sunridge plumbing did not Access the line in the correct area.When we hired them we knew exactly what the problem was but they charged us to tell us what we had already told them. Very argumentative when confronted and asked them to rectify. Do not recommend or would NEVER refer anyone to this company!!

We are doing renos in the bathroom and switching from lino to ceramic tile caused a difference in floor height to pipe but he was able to deal with it. I'm glad we tried them out and will be using their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were my first call for furnace service because I have a fridge magnet offering 75 off. I liked the guy they sent. He seemed very knowledgable. The promo discount I had was expired, but they had a new deal running that was even better. I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an issue with our furnace and gave them a call since we received one of their fridge magnets in the mail. The magnet says $75.00 off furnace repair however when the tech got to our place he said cause the repair required no parts due to a plugged drain, we owed $288.00 and they would not honour the $75.00 off a repair because no parts were required.
We asked him to call his boss on this and we got the same response. No where on the magnet does it say your repair needs to use parts and since the furnace was not working till he diagnosed the issue and then repaired the issue It was a repair.
Would not recommend this company to others as it seems they look for loop holes to what they advertise. If the $75.00 off must have parts included then they should be up front with their ads and what they print on their magnets.
