They were even able to come out earlier than expected (which worked out great for us). Anthony and John were great at walking us through everything they did. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed my ducts cleaned at my house. The scheduling person was very easy to deal with and booked the cleaning. I then received confirmation when the service was to be completed. Then was notified when the technician was on his way to the site. Anthony showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and did the job quickly (and correctly). He provided a lot of good additional information as well about ways to improve air quality. It was a breathe of fresh air (pardon the pun).
I’ve used a lot of trades in the past and am fairly picky - these guys are top notch and took away stress from my life (not add). Will be using them again in the future. Thanks everyone!

Being in a different province this was a very beneficial and appreciated service! I'll be continuing to use their services and have already provided their name to other friends of ours purchasing a home out that way. Great job & 5 Star service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from setting up the service to paying at the end. Great communication the entire time. They came and were careful to not track snow into my house. The team worked to fully clean and sanitize my furnace and ducts, the dryer vent, and they also sanitized. My house was filthy from the builder and had been turned over to me “clean”. Big Ben gave me before and after photos and I saw how clean it was when they were finished. It was not prior. They also cleaned up the furnace room as well because my builder left it covered in their debris. I still have workers coming in and out but I will be using them for my carpets after and for life. They did a stellar job and I knew I was in excellent hands from the first phone call. I was texted an invoice after they were done and it was so easy to pay online. Start to finish: the best experience I’ve had with a service coming into my home. This company is the best! You will not regret trusting them. Customer for life!
