★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Diamond cleaning for a move out clean, and let me just start off by saying that they did an amazing job! They were very detailed and thorough and left my home spotless, ready for my new tenants. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again In the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CLEANERS EVER!
Just wasted my time and ruined my mood...
So what happened?
Cleaner shows up and spends 4 hours at an empty 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apt(moveout cleaning). The manager cleaner sends me a txt saying "make a walk through to make sure you're satisfied with the cleaning." I get there and there's nothing done. Like nothing. Stains, STILL, everywhere, on everything. Long story short, we spend almost an extra 2 hrs "walking through" the apt with the cleaner as the phrase "this doesn't come out" keeps floating in the air...
Let me tell you, the stains come out, I tried myself, without any special cleaning solutions. The best description of what happened that I came up with was that a person came in smudging dirt around with cleaning chemicals in random areas of the apt. The cleaner left and so did my money, but the dirt mixed with chemicals stayed as did the unpleasant taste of the interaction with an aggressive and completely unresponsive cleaner and manager cleaner.
The lesson that I got from this experience is that when you trust anyone to do anything at all for you, you leave yourself vulnerable to exploitation by crooks. Don't be lazy and do it yourself, it will be "cheaper" for you in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to use a fire extinguisher when we had a mini fire in our oven. The fire occurred on a Thursday evening and this company was at our house within 12 hours. Batool did a deep clean on our oven and stove and it now looks brand new! Would recommend their services for a deep clean of any stove/ oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am retired from work. And after I moved to new place I needed help with the professional cleaning. New apartment was dirty especially bathroom, kitchen stove and fridge. Everywhere was garbage , dust, stains... Girl came on time, and seems ready to do the job. We explained to her what should be done. I came to check how is my apartment looks After 4 hours. NOTHING!!! The same dirty bathroom, kitchen stove, oven was full of burnt particles, everywhere bad smell. Girl was sitting on the sofa checking her messages or playing on her cell phone. We walk through all the critical places, I pointed on the dirty spots. And after another 2 hours was the same scenario. NOTHING DONE! I am really patiently asked her for how long she is working for this company. She told me that she just join company and I am her first client. She said that she could not clean what I am asking. It is not excuse. I showed her how to do it!!!! She refused to clean toilet and bathtub. I was so disappointed , I waste so much time, the girl was not cooperative and at the end even rude. Twice I was trying to explain how to clean properly, 3 times we went through the apartment. Finally we called manager. Girl was having fun with het phone , not doing her job and was at my place 6 or 7 hours. I am not happy with the company, I am not going to pay for this service and will never recommend to my friends. Manager didn't accept my explanations, even I made photos . Finally I cleaned myself (not saying that I have back pain and my elbow problem). I have send pictures before and after (my cleaning) to the Manager. I think Company should better educate their staff and teach how to be polite and accurate. If somebody needs proof for the bad service I have it.
