Our four locations (Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton and Calgary) have the expertise of a diverse range of skilled employees and the ability to respond to large losses like a widespread flood, or a single loss such as a warehouse fire. It also means having the resources, processes and staff in place to react immediately when disaster strikes, without compromising customer service and quality.
Employee safety is extremely important to us. We have a fulltime Safety Officer that oversees and visits each office on a regular basis and each office has a Safety Designate that handles routine safety items. We also employ a certified in-house trainer to ensure IICRC standards are met by all employees.
We are certified to train insurance adjusters for continuing education credits, and have been the featured presenter at provincial IBAS and IBAA conferences.
The restoration of property and structures is very technical. We at Lydale go the extra mile to ensure customers and all persons involved understand the process, and what can be restored or must be replaced while utilizing green technologies and the latest industry approved equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in 2019 OCT or NoV to buy a used vehicle, they were selling white 2014 Dodge caravan for $6000+GST something, after few days my heat stopped working and after 2 months my engine was found to be defective and had to replace. Don't buy used vehicles from this guys. They knew something is wrong with vehicle but they still sold with fake Inspection.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our basement. It looks fantastic!! (Our sump pump failed and as a result we had a flooded basement.)
From the disaster clean up, to the packing and storage of our property, to the rebuild, to the final clean up and return of what property was salvageable. Every single person that was here doing any work related to this repair, was so professional, efficient, kind and polite. What an amazing team you have!!! You all made a very stressful situation easier to bare. Thank you again to everyone involved for a job well done!!

All teams from moving, packing, construction, painting, flooring and clean up after were all very professional, courteous and accommodating. And everything was completed on schedule as promised. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is disappointing to see so many negative reviews, because we have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Lydale. In fact, Lydale actually replaced another company we were using that was awful to deal with.
We had our basement flood due to a busted pipe that leads to our outdoor water tap. Long story short, water causes damage.... FAST!
Lydale has been amazing throughout the entire process. They even had to come cut our more drywall after I advised there was more damage and they came back, no questions asked.
The entire re-build was also great. Murray, who did the drywall and painting did an amazing job. We bought our house off of a builder, so it had very nice finishing's. You would never know that anything happened. Murray was able to fix the drywall, and match the paint colour perfectly. The paint job is extremely professional and it looks so great.
Lydale also helped schedule a furnace clean, a person to come clean up the dust and also our carpets cleaned - and this was all done quickly, and a full schedule was provided to ensure we knew when they would be coming and going.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lydale to anyone. The Managers / Project Managers John and Shane have been great work with through what started our as a stressful even when we had water coming through our finished basement ceiling and lights.

Lydale did a great job in replacing our cabinet side walls, removed all our furniture and personal items, and had the floors replaced. Everyone including the subcontractors followed covid protocols, communication was excellent, and the final product was amazing. When the baseboards were replaced they looked better then they did originally. Highly recommended.

Lydale was great in matching up the siding and getting the fence done for us. All good things take time and we understand we are not the only people needing their help, so be patient everyone, its all good.

Lydale was called in and from the moment speaking with Devon project manager, I knew I was in good hands. He kept me in the loop on every step of the procedure he took the time to reassure me when I was confused about things which helped so much to ease my mind. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Every person involved with this clean up was respectful, professional and explained who they were and what they were here to do. They left no stone unturned when cleaning up behind themselves, it was nice to see and appreciated. Great Job !
