R	Renata Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company contacted us a couple of months ago stating that they were the ones we used in the past for our spring lawn care. I couldn't remember the name of the company we used, but we usually pull out their business card when we are ready for them to come out in the spring. We took it in good faith that they were our usual company - not so! Caution as they tell you a lie. My husband and myself were away this weekend when someone from this business showed up to aerate our yard front and back. My son was home alone and had no idea what was going on. The guy ran a machine across our lawn for a total of 3 min in front and 7 minutes in back. We have ⅓ of an acre, that is over 14,000 sq.ft! He ran the machine randomly, very spotty work in the front. The back was barely touched closest to the windows, the rest was never done at all! We have video cameras set up around the house so so have timestamps and video of the whole thing. When done, he collected from my son, who was so frazzled by this that he had no idea how to deal with it and just paid the guy from his own money, not knowing what to do. What a scam. Nobody will answer the calls or returning calls. DON'T USE THESE GUYS. BAD BUSINESS

They rely on hiring teenagers because they don't know better. The CEO is a deceitful hack. Don't work for this pyramid scheme.
L	Lorie Masur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday, May 15 this company came to my door offering to aerate and fertilize my lawn. I took them up on the offer. The job that was done left my yard a mess. I know that after aeration the yard may not look good for a day or two, however this is far beyond that. I took photos of where the aerator chewed up my grass and 'dug' large holes in my lawn. The aeration in the front was uneven and the back tore up large parts of my yard. When the workers brought the aerator back to do the backyard, they went through my garden area and ran over my plants, crushing them. I complained to the workers who did the work and to the 'supervisor', saying I was not happy. They responded by saying they did not have the equipment ( a mower or trimmer) to even out the yard, and when I pointed out the chewed up lawn in the back, they responded with, "don't worry about that". Well, I am not a novice home owner and I am "worried" about replacing the chunks of grass and reseeding my yard at an extra cost on top the amount I paid. I am not happy with the work done. It has made extra work for me. I have emailed the company twice now asking for a refund but have not had a response. The work made a mess of my front and back yard. I would go out of my way to stop people from using this company, they will damage your yard.
C	Catherine Jarvis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our lawn aerated, and the young gentleman was friendly and did a great job. Especially the young gentleman that did our service. One complaint i have is that they asked if we knew anyone else that needed aerating, so we gave them business with the deal they were offering, and then they charged them more than the dealt they gave us. Not nice at all. Therefore would not recommend giving them business as they are dishonest with their quoting.

Recently, they spammed me with a sale about Black Friday, emailing every day for two weeks (so far). I contacted them to let them know that this was too many emails and that I felt harassed. I did not receive an apology and I was told that it was an automated campaign. I was told to simply delete further emails. The emails completely lacked customer service. We will not be using their services again.

Made me want to join the company, to find out what they are doing for training over there. They also did a crazy efficient job! Hard worker!! Overall impressive!! My mom is looking forward to having them back!! They weren’t the cheapest but I totally understand why. My mom is a buy once type lady! She won’t go with anyone else now! Lol Thank you CPS!
