About PROPERTY WERKS
In 2008, using an inherited 88' Chevy, a gift card to Canadian Tire, and a healthy dose of Albertan ambition, this business came to be.
Today, our services have expanded beyond lawn care and snow removal to include fence building, sod installation, and full landscape project work.
We’ve also applied new technology to build our own routing, client notification and payment systems to improve the overall client experience.
Our management team hails from across the country with roots in BC's Gulf Islands, rural and metro Alberta, Winnipeg and the Greater Toronto Area.

They are punctual and are always in contact as to when they will be there and when the job is completed they contact us and provide pictures of the job completed. Very good company to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work to be done .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **EDIT**I have been contacted by the Company and issued a full-refund. They are currently working through staffing issues due to Covid and were responsive and apologetic regarding their service.
Spring Clean-up with beds blow-out, power-raking and aeration. Beds were still full of leaves, only half the back yard was power raked and no aeration was done. Let the company know of the issues, and someone came back and spent 4 minutes blowing the leaves from my beds into my yard. (No clean up) waited another month and asked about my aeration again to be told that it was already completed. It wasn’t. I used this company last year and they were fantastic. I was so pleased with the work they did. Not this year.

Every time it stops snowing, my driveway and sidewalks are cleaned perfectly in a very short period of time. I am quite proud to say that my driveway and my sidewalk are the first to be cleaned in my suburb, and are always the cleanest among a large number of town houses.
