I was to be hired the next day and start working full time. The owner , Brad , does not like to follow through on what he promises. It is now the next day and still no pay. Don't count on this guy keeping his word. It might not happen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They send a two man crew at 1:30 am Thursday morning to blow gravel in a parking lot at 168 decibels interrupting peace throughout the area to residences. The duration was about 15-20 minutes per lot and the procedures were not emergency in nature but to clean up the parking lot (when I asked the two employees on site). Furthermore the two employees did not have a permit on hand to present. They also communicated that I’m not sure why our boss told us to do this at this hour probably poor planning. Then they proceeded to do another neighbouring parking lot after based on orders, repeating the same event. After that a loader followed to pick up all the gravel with all signals and alerts going momentarily after, it is 2:30 am and the loader is still going with the blower now showing up again for a longer time this time (probably will not be done till 3am). Pro Property Services Inc or anything but professional, they can’t even properly plan to respect bylaw hours and consider the noise levels of the machinery at this hour for the numerous residences in the area. Terrible experience and thankfully not a customer.
