About Evolution Engineering
Mr. Jaeger joined Evolution in October of 2019; he presently leads the Engineering, Reliability and Intellectual Property teams at Evolution Engineering. Mr. Jaeger has 20+ years of experience in the industry. Mr. Jaeger joined from Baker Hughes where he started in 1997 in Engineering & Technical Support working on Baker Hughes leading rotary steerable system called ‘AutoTrak’. Throughout his years at Baker Hughes he had increasing responsibilities as R&M Manager, Sustaining Engineering & Reliability for MWD & LWD in Houston, and as a Reliability & Technical Manager out of UK. In his role as Global Director of Service Delivery & Reliability he led engineering teams of up to 215 employees in 40+ locations. Most of his career was spent with the Drilling Systems team except for a 2 year assignment with the Pressure Pumping Technology, as well as 4 years at corporate functional level of Baker Hughes. Most recently he was the Global Product Line Leader for Drilling motors. In that role he managed the Baker Hughes motor fleet as well as provided leadership and strategic guidance for the Engineering team in Germany. Mr. Jaeger has a very deep understanding of MWD and drilling tools and their downhole environment, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kassel.
