★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great, they brought my dead my old craftsman lawnmower back to life...I thought I was going to have to buy a new one...They clearly explained what they were going to do and the final bill was less than expected. Great to go to a place and get superb customer service...I will be going back to purchase some new snow equipment...no more looking at box stores...Do yourself a favour if you are in the market for new stuff , try looking at their product line...definitely go there for repairs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found father & Sons Equipment repair on Google and im really impressed by them. I told them I was in a jam and needed my walk behind saw fixed so I could finish my job so that I could get to my job tomorrow. They accommodated me and got me rolling right away!
Most places I called wanted me to drop off my machine and leave it there with a 2 week wait.
I highly recommend Father & Sons power Equipment to anyone with small engines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm just thrilled I found this place. After 25 years of going to the Honda Dealership (now Jack Carter Powersports) I'd had it with bad attitude and snarky customer service from them. On a whim I Googled small engine repair nearby and found this place. What a night and day difference. Jason was outstanding to deal with and I instantly liked him. They had the starter cord I needed and I was in and out in 5 mins. I grabbed a few business cards because I intend to tell others about this place. Grateful I now have a new go-to engine and parts shop and someone I like dealing with. Thanks Jason. You will be seeing more of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dropped a vacuume for fix. engine was beyond repair and I was ok with that . only problem i have is that vacuume was returned to me in pcs (base, engine, cover unscrewed) disattched fron unit, screws in bag. had to find a screwdriver and put it together on parking lot before loading for safe travel.
understand nobody works for free but it took me about 10min to put it together (with time to find screwdriver) technician could do it in 2min and give me back vacuume in same condition as recived

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought two generators in for repairs on Tuesday and they were both completed by Thursday. Most repairs that I have experienced in Calgary are minimum Two weeks. Staff is knowledgeable and helped educate me going forward, so that I can take care of my equipment better.
