The siding was ruined, roof was leaking, I had two broken windows and totally destroyed deck with railing and the wooden fence. After first shock I decided to call roofing companies. After couple calls the Great Canadian was the only company which answered my call. In few days they sent the adjuster to my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. After couple weeks my insurance claim was approved and all that time I was in the contact with the Great Canadian staff. We had amazing people changing our roof and siding, and another crew fixing and staining deck, railing and fence. We had great communication with the office staff, managers and the crews working on our house. My wife and I are so happy with the completed work. In my street our house is the first one completely finished and we are very grateful for that. Our neighbours used other companies and unfortunately most of them are not even close to be finished. The winter is coming and I can be peaceful knowing that my family is safe and sound. I’d highly recommend this company to my family and friends especially if you have to deal with insurance claim.

Were very tidy, no damage to our lawn and cleaned up everything, including my eavetroughs. They were full of roofing gravel after the hail storm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

No actual in house builders this driving up the price for you, plus they don't even have experience in actually installing anything they are just a bunch of used car salesmen
d	david hwy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication and full of empty promises. Based on the other review it seems to be a common theme. Been dealing with numerous install dates and no-shows. They promise to follow up but never do. I've called back numerous times trying to get someone out to do the job and I'm always told a new install date and of course, no one shows up and no follow-up afterwards. I've gotten so fed up.

Debris, garbage and nails littered sidewalks, grass area and even my personal deck. Contacted the company to address my concerns. The foreman running the crew lied to his boss, saying "he ensured his crew cleaned up daily". I told that foreman boss on a phone call that I had videos for over a 2 month time frame that would show that is a COMPLETE LIE. This "boss" ensured me he personally would come to site and at least have my deck cleaned...... That NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Nails and garbage still all over my personal deck. Also spoke with another tenant of the complex and their dog got a nail in its paw pad, needing surgery. DO NOT HIRE THIS UNPROFFESIONAL JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!

I received a quote quickly, the pricing is fair, and the work got done quicker than I was expecting considering how busy this season has been for roofers. Communication was great and everything was transparent. Most importantly, my roof looks great now. Thank you!!
