Responses received when inquiring about questions related to my quote, which if was approved would have lead to work being completed at the wrong house, were not professional or polite. Comments included "We have plenty of work and do not need to complete your project" which reflect the level of care related to the overall approach to my roofing project.

They were very prompt in their response, scheduling and executing the needed repairs very quickly. Quality, including on site management and clean was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We had them remove and replace our old vinyl siding on our home and shop with Hardie Board, they also replaced soffit, facia and gutters. The following year we contacted them again to replace all our roofing and vents. Their crews were very professional and did a great job. They were detailed and meticulous with the installation. All were very pleasant, polite and took time to answer any questions we had. They worked quickly and efficiently and the site was cleaned daily before they left. Our siding and roofing projects have updated our home and it looks great. Francois did a final inspection with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. He truely lives up to his promise of superior workmanship, materials and customer service. We are looking to replace some exterior doors later this year and West Quality Roofing and Exteriors will be getting a call from us again.

The crews were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, readily adapted to small requests and changes. Their daily clean up was excellent. It's been 4 months since the install the fit and finish looks very good. Supply chain issues delayed the project but Francois sourced thicker insulation and did not increase the price to us.

I pick them after getting quotes from three different companies. They didn’t disappoint me. Very professional, stick to their quotes, and on time. I highly appreciate Valerie, Francois, kino, and Austin. They even sent their workers to fly away some birds, who make their way into attic, after some damage, on my request. Their good work ethics will make them a great company one day.
