As a result of the panic and spread of the COVID-19 virus all over the world, people are now devising means to gain covering. Covering in terms of being immune to the virus, in the aspect of finance, shelter, food and clothing. Most importantly, the quest for spiritual covering and no doubt the church becomes the only means to get spiritually equipped in order to fight the evil agendas of the wicked.

Who would have thought that the year 2020 would be the way it turned out to be? This year came with a lot of struggles, but as believers we must always have it in mind that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28. It is therefore not in the character of a believer to panic but to have faith that at the end of the tunnel there is a light.

According to Pastor Ify Daniels in the message LORD COVER ME, “it is the absence of God’s covering that makes you see a testimony and you don’t enjoy it”. Life is very spiritual, and for you to attain destiny in life, you must desire the covering of God. Imagine the number of individuals who had crossed over to see 2020 only for them to be caught up by the COVID-19 virus, who would have thought that the virus will get them to the end of their journey in life? See Numbers 20:24-28 Aaron was ridden because of an act of disobedience and was unable to enter the promise land. Pastor explains that “every opportunity is a privilege but Aaron misplaced privilege for entitlement”

It could be that, the challenge in your life has tarried for too long because of an act of disobedience. In this journey of life, if you fail because you lack covering you will not just end up disappointing yourself but your family and a generation appointed to you. But the good news is; our God is a merciful God, that’s why its never too late to seek Him as long as you have life.
