There were a little mix up due to personnel change in their company, but once everything was straighten out, they were replacing my roof within a week. S	Sheemel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Action roofing put in a new roof in 2012 and ever year, yes every year we have a leak. The first couple of years action came and fixed problematic area. After that they have ignored the calls. This year (2021) they came, apologized, said they knew of issues and they were aware of issues with installation and will make it right. I called to ask when this would happen, and now they won’t return calls again. Your roof may be fine the first year you install with them, and they seem really nice and helpful. If there are problems, do not expect them to address it or respond to you. Sadly that’s been my experience. It’s cost me a lot of money over the years to fix their mistakes and to fix the interior damage caused by the leaky roof. I counting to struggle with this. If I could give a rating of zero, I would. To confirm, I do have the correct company, as the phone number I have matches you number. Gaslighting is not helpful. You are correct that the receptionist answers during business hours, sends my call to voicemail and I do not receive a call back.

I appreciate the quick response, and the care and attention to check over the rest of the roof for us. Super awesome, Thanks!!!

On the initial call to book the service I was greeted with very friendly and helpful reception. I was informed that I would be contacted by service technician which I was and was given a date they would arrive which they did. Very friendly and capable team, extremely satisfied with the service and the fee was very reasonable. COVID protocols were also clearly being followed.

I contacted Action roofing for a quote and I was pleased with the price and time frame they gave me. The work was done professionally and I am extremely happy with the company. Patrick and Colin were very responsive, they answered all my questions and the work met my expectations. All the crews who worked on my property were very skilled and friendly.
