C	Chris Fast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit hesitant going to a "big chain" style shop, but having called in earlier and speaking with Randy he told me to swing by after lunch and they'd take a look at my car. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and after briefly chatting at the front desk, Randy came out of his office, recognizing the issue from my prior phone call. Together him and Justin looked at my car and noticed the door alignment issue I was looking to correct. This after the dealership had the car for a day previously and said they couldn't reproduce the issue (door alignment out, causing it not to seal all the way and wind noise to enter the cabin). I gave Justin the keys and he took it around back, and literally less than 15 minutes it was back out front and flawlessly adjusted. It may have been a minor issue to most, but a cause of much irritation to myself, doubly so when the dealership claimed ignorance and I was forced to hear this cabin noise daily on the highway. I am very thankful to the team at this Fix Auto and will definitely be back for any other issues. Thanks guys!!

Couldn't have asked for a better job done . Administrator was so polite and explained every detail of my work to be done as well as the nicest fella who did my quote and walk overs . This is a dream autoshop . I'm actually excited to get more work done here when the time comes. Just wow .thank you so much for looking after my Acura baby so well

Came in for a estimate on a Friday because insurance needed another estimate so I went down to this location and got my car looked at by gord and told me that I would receive the estimate by Monday. It is currently Wednesday and I just got told by my adjuster that fix auto will not write me one because they know it will not get fixed at their shop. But yet this company is a preferred shop from the insurance and should write a estimate without a problem. Would not recommend getting your car fixed here because if this is how they react to writing an estimate then I wouldn’t trust how they fix cars.

Lady at front was unfriendly, and told me no appraiser on site(which I get)and came out and picked a quote price off the top of here head. I said I requested a quote online and told me someone would get back to me. Got an email 5 days later I need to go in. By that point I found a cheaper place to fix my vehicle. So thank you FixAuto for being slow, rude and unprofessional to get back to me, and made me find a way better business with better price. Wish I could post a negative star.

After calling many times I was told different stories, the painter called in sick, the wrong part was ordered, and also we realized there is more damage after they had my car for over a week. I understand finding more damage, but after over a week of having my car they tell me of them finding more damage and all my settings were reset to factory when I picked it up. Fortunately I took it to someone else to have the computer reset afterwards, I was afraid it would take them another week. They did not provide a rental even though my insurance company advised anytime it takes more than their estimated time they should provide a rental, which they estimated as 8 days. The manager, an older lady was short and snippy making it sound like I was bothering them every 3 days when I would call for an update. I would given them zero stars but this was through an insurance claim and I had to pay a $100 deductible, this will be my first and last time and I warn anyone to avoid fix auto McCall.
