The service from Ivan was excellent, and Kelly did a fantastic job repairing the vehicles. You couldn't tell they had ever been in an accident. Repairs we're done quickly and were of excellent quality. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, professional services!

Ivan was through with all the paperwork with the insurance that made this a hasslefree experience with the insurer's company. I also requested for some more work to be done on my vehicle on my personal account and was given a very reasonable cost as compare to earlier quotes I had received. I was told that it will take 8 days to finish all the work and I got my car looking as new as I bought it from the showroom on the promised day. Ivan was especially helpful in rechecking all the work personally before handing the vehicle to me. I would surely recommend anyone to get a quote from AVIS auto body first and you won’t be disappointed with the service.

Avis auto body gave me the lowest estimate, yet the service was exceptional. I found Ivan, the gentleman who helped me through to be very professional and attention to details. From customer service, paper work completion, practical timeline for repair and the quality of the repair to be very incredible. Most importantly , they are very honest and that’s something you won’t find at most body shops. Honest quotes , quick turn around time and the highest quality work I’ve seen in years. The job was nicely done and was delivered couple of days ahead of promised day. He also took care of arranging rentals and took me to the rental in person. Overall end to end is taken care of without any hassle. Car was delivered like a new car with interior detailing done as bonus to customer. Highly recommend this shop.
