I would use this shop for other work as they seemed like a real, small town shop with an owner that actually owns the shop, the building and manages the staff. r	renee irvine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience from first call through application and completion. Azim answered all questions and explained entire process. When I first called, Azim explained to allow 1.5 hours. It was 1.5 hours. Unlike another reviewer here, I like to edcucate myself in advance of time needed to perform auto work. As such, I had a quiet coffee and caught up on some reading while waiting for the work to be done in the "stated in advance" timeline, and it was. Also, anybody that expects to have a rustproofing performed and then have their car detailed as well for $129.00 has to have a screw loose. I also did other DD in advance and had my car's undercarraige/engine bay detailed the day before as to give the Krown application a clean substraight and ergo, better penetration. The detailing alone cost me more than the Krown, was my choice, and was under no impression that Krown had to clean my car after. I guess some people want freebies and if they don't get them, write silly reviews. Anyway, Azim brought me into the shop when he was just about done. Car was still on lift and I was visually able to see the coverage. Very impressive. Yes, there will be a little leaking for a few days. Read the follow up do's/dont's and rest easy knowing your car is going to be much better protected from the elements. Much better than tar like applications that will eventually trap water and create more rust than disperse water like Krown. IMHO
R	Roman Calgary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike ON, where the procedure takes 3-4 hours with several folks working on your car, it was all done in <2 hours by one guy. When back home, crawled under the truck to see what was done. So application is erratic at best. Front is OK, but by middle of the car he lost the interest - lots and lots of dry spots. Glad I bought the spray can of the same Krown stuff to fix the shoddy work I paid for. Will file a complaint with Krown. Go to the Barlow location instead - they did a much better job on our other car.
D	D K2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who did the work was very thorough. The atmosphere in the building and the fact that no one was taking safety seriously was almost gross (no masks on staff. Staff standing side by side. No sanitizer available) The ladies in the front almost seemed rude and didn't even greet me. As a paying client I probably would not come back. I had scheduled an an appointment, when I got there the lady tied to tell me I was wrong and made me wait an extra 30 mins (but I could see that the reason they were late is they took a walk in appointment before I arrived) - could have admitted the reason and I would have been fine with but they lied.

I was going to the Car Salon but they quoted me this time a ridiculous price increase so I called Krown and received a more reasonable price quote. When I arrived for my appointment Azim the owner greeted me and was very helpful explaining what they were going to do and how the process worked. They did an excellent job with my car and the wait wasn’t long. They are dog friendly and my dog and I waited in their lounge while they took care of my car. I find Azim a gentleman and professional and as long as I own my car I’ll be bringing it to Krown. Cheer Alfred
