★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner admitted of doing a "cheap" job on my car. Had to get the job redone at the Mitsubishi dealership. Dealership said the job was poorly done with unsafe wiring. Went back to GT Auto and owner was swearing and yelling at me in front of other customers. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sell me and my family a vehicle that had been previously written off and they had "repaired" and did a salvage inspection on. The vehicle didnt even make it home.. battery died while i was having supper and at the gas station and the unlock button broke off and the fender liner fell into the wheel on highway and broke.. It makes weird noises all over.. whining sound from engine bay.. clicking sound from front end, and a grinding noise from the rear end.
Gt auto said they would fix it for me.. took it back to them and they gave it back with all the problems still there and told me it was fixed. I argued it but was called down and told i had damaged the vehicle not their problem. (I really didnt) told them i plan to take it to a shop for a second view and was yelled as sweared at.
Took it to another shop for a full inspection. They found bad axle seals(explains the grinding) the front sway bar links are bad(the clicking noises) and uneven tire wear due to the sway bar links.
Over $1200 in repairs needed.
not including price of new tires to a vehicle that is supposed to be completely road worthy.
Called back to notify gt auto of the repairs it needs and was yelled and sweared at again. And told "they dont care".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever I have received in 12 years living in Calgary! They painted my car and it peeled off 2 months after; more than 20 spots. When I got back to the owner and asked to fix it, he said it's because of rocks on roads!!! not our fault. Very unfair. I will never recommend them. very bad experience. so disappointed. Don't take your car there unless you want to waste your money.
