Absolutely atrocious customer relations. I was bought a car starter for Christmas, and it was installed (and paid for) in January. I was impressed with the service, and happy with the product. Fast forward to yesterday, at my place of work, a man, claiming he was a collector (but couldn't produce a business card because he "left them at home"), accused me of fraud, and told me I was going to be served papers as I stole a car starter because someone had called and revoked the payment. He also claimed that her was "recording the conversation". As it wasn't my card, I was obviously, super confused, upset and embarrassed as this was in my place of work, and I had done no such thing. He demanded that I pay immediately by writing my credit card number down on a piece of paper. I asked him to leave, he wouldn't, so I had the receptionist call a manager to help as I was feeling extremely uncomfortable at this time. This man was very aggressive in in mannerisms, and I still had no idea what was going on. I then called The Car Salon, and was transferred to Natalie, and explained that they had been trying to get a hold of me for 10 days by phone. Like most people, I don't answer unknown calls, and obviously wasn't expecting a call from them - why would I? My voicemail was also full, which I was unaware of, however storming into someone's place of work and accusing them of fraud is probably not the most appropriate "next step" in rectifying the situation. It turns out, that the card used to make the payment was compromised, and the retraction of the funds was a bank mistake. I called the individual who purchased the starter for me, and he went over an paid right away, as it was a mistake that was easily rectified. He was met with apologies when he showed up. I called, as it was my workplace that was disrupted and I was extremely upset as to how it was handled, and was met with more blame and no apology. I am still horrified that the situation was handled in this way. They are many other shops in the city, and I am sure their customer service trumps that of the Car Salon. I recommend using anyone else.

Took amazing care of my vehicle after an accident, the entire process was professional, smooth and stress free from start to finish. My car looks better than it ever did, highly recommend.

Our vehicle had some damage to the rear hatch and the guys at the Car Salon fixed it and cannot tell that anything was even done!

My car needed repair to the bumper and CSN Car Salon was able to communicate with insurance company and I appreciated that I did not need to worry. Tony helped me and had great communication. Great experience from start to finish with car salon. Shoutout to Al as well for all his help with getting my car in to replace the back bumper. They were able to get it done in the time they specified. Took it in for work starting Tuesday and they were done by Wednesday. The team cleaned the inside of my car too which was a pleasant surprise! Will definitely use them in the future.

Very happy with Car Salon / Tirecraft. I've been there 3 times - twice for different flat tyres: I was able to put on my spare, drop off the flat tyre, and get it back repaired quickly, same day once! Most recently I had my rear bumper repaired after I was rear-ended downtown. I got a quote, once the other guy paid me I called back, they ordered the part, booked in, and I dropped my car off one morning - even got a lift to work. A call the next day to say it was ready, I picked it up the following morning. Bumper was not only replaced (and painted to match) but they'd cleaned it inside and out, and kept it inside since it was snowing. Price was exactly what I was quoted. It's close to my work, they do general automotive repairs too, so I'd definitely use them again.
