S	Seth Adler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had Rundle out to service repair our Asco Dishwasher and Sub-zero refrigerator and I am very happy with the the whole booking experience as well as the technician that came out to our house. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. As a Wolf/Sub-zero owner, we have our choice of who to go with for warranty work, and we did try a competitor before Rundle, and the difference was night and day. We will use Rundle for all future appliance work. Thank you and keep up the good work!

They're the only Thermador repair facility, which left us with no other option than to purchase a new dishwasher. I'm giving three instead of just one as I want to give them some credit for earlier repairs.

Recommended them to several friends and family members, all of whom were satisfied. Have been waiting to hear back from them on a washing machine part for the past 2 weeks. SEVERAL un-answered phone calls/voicemails later, I had to reach out to a different company to get our washer repaired.
B	Breton Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Rundle with a view to repair a faulty Thermador / Bosch wall oven. I wasn't sure what to expect and was cautious. My concerns were eased by the courtesy of a prompt call back and the opportunity to speak with their front office then directly with the "boss" who was able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the problem (error code) and the potential solution. A further conversation with the skilled technician assigned to the job left me assured that the issue would be addressed soon, wit the right replacement parts and with the benefit of a soft-quote on the total cost. The next day, the tech coordinated a time and arrived on schedule for the work. The work was completed quickly, courteously and he insisted on cleaning up any mess left behind. Their price for the work was competitive with no up-sell and fair pricing on the parts. The job was done correctly and completely. Rundle understands the concept of customer service and are trustworthy people - its a family business. I would not hesitate to use them again for my family and would certainly recommend to others.

Brad the tech who did come to our house prior to Christmas was very friendly and knowledgeable and said he would order us a new thermal couple. That was December 18th and all phone calls and emails by me have gone unanswered ever since. The card Brad left says RDL Appliance Services but a quick google search shows that's the new name for Rundle Appliance Svc (same owner). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RDL has very reasonable rates for their diagnostic fee, as well as their $/hr cost. I wish I had found them before calling anyone else to try and repair my ovens. I will use them for appliance repairs from now on! Excellent customer service. Excellent family business.
M	Mark Lack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a car mechanic you also need to be able to trust the company fixing your appliances and we 100% trust Rundle Appliance. Over the years they have repaired a number of our kitchen appliances with great results. Today it was the Thermador fridge that was beeping. We called Thermador and as its out of warranty they were little help. We call Rundle and they were out with in a day. The part needed (according the Thermador) was $600+ and with the service call and labour we were looking at over to $800. However, Rundle knew what the issue was and instead of replacing the board repaired it! Total cost $211.55! A $600 savings thanks to the honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy folks a Rundle. Thanks again for the great job.

We have been waiting on repairs for our Bertazzoni oven for 7 months, and the previous owners of our house for months prior to that. The last I heard from RDL was in July when apparently our part was ordered, and nothing since by either phone or email. Please read the other negative reviews of RDL, this is the true experience of being their customer. Bertazzoni has changed their local repair company as a result of what I imagine is dozens of similar complaints to mine. Do not use RDL under any circumstance, truly awful customer experience.
