Their dependable repairman came on time, and he was fast to figure the problem. He discovered that the drive belt slipped off from its position. He made the necessary adjustment, placed back the drive belt, and got the washer spinning again. Aside from the quality and speedy service, we were also happy with their affordable pricing.
