After lots of money spent at her old mechanic shop. She finally came to me for help. We called Brian, was in the next day, problem diagnosed and fixed hassle free. A happy mother in law I have. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle repair needs.

Called me when complete and I can pick up my vehicle any time. The invoice was less than quoted because they found some of the work I requested was not needed. An overall great customer experience. These folks are organized, caring and they also have pleasant personalities. All of them.

Enough said. Have had a lot of maintenance done on my daughter's car there in last two or three years but has become too expensive. Thanks for your reply Brian but that is not what I was quoted. Also the issue identified originally with the transmission was not actually under warranty after checking with a Ford dealership. Also we asked you to check the ac and recharge if necessary not to replace parts. I admit that there was some confusion over the ac. Good luck to you in the future and thank you.
L	Lynn Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my vehicle to Thorncliffe Automotive Repair for eight years for servicing and repairs, I have found the service there to be of high quality and reasonably priced, I have never had to take my vehicle back to have rework done, I have never had to wait to have my truck looked at when I have had a problem, last week my exhaust went and they were able to fit me in and replace my exhaust all on the same day, I was also provided a curtesy car. The customer service is top notch, the staff are really nice, and knowledgeable, I would recommend this service to everyone.
A	A Bomb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a crazy sound in my car. I brought it by NAPA to have them check it out. After I dropped my car off and they called me back and told me that the problem was still covered by my manufacture warranty and that I should take my car to the dealership to get a free repair service. I had no idea I was still under warranty… Joe was very kind in explaining to me how to properly talk to my dealership as they were going to try to get some money from me in some way. Guess what?! Joe was right. Without his honestly and help they could have totally charged me to fix my car and not even tell me about it still being under warranty. Joe from (NAPA) was kind. Honest. Straightforward and even got in contact with me to see how it went. It’s hard to find good honest mechanical shops out there…let me tell you that NAPA is one of them. Thanks again to Joe for his help! I will be back!

The reason for my most recent visit was because I had a tire with a slow leak. I felt comfortable with not booking an appointment but just taking the vehicle to Thorncliffe Auto. They found I had a small nail in my tire and repaired the leak. I must say, I also trust the people at Thorncliffe Auto, I feel they have my best interests at heart.

It is challenging as a single woman who doesn't know much about cars to feel at ease when having to deal with repairs. The front staff was so helpful and made me feel like I was being taken care of. When I needed some servicing done this time around I had no qualms about contacting them right away. Nick was amazing to work with. Even when unexpected issues arose, he made me feel like he was looking out for me to get the most cost effective solution. I have already referred this garage to a few of my friends and happily add this recommendation to their business listing. I know that any future work I need done on my baby will be brought back to Thorncliffe Automotive Repair.
