★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a broken down washer at home this company was a saving grace. Marta cleaned and sanitized everything. She was friendly and offered superior service. I highly recommend them and although I hope our washer will get fixed soon, I have no problem going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks to be doing some small renovations but no signs are posted.
The machines were not clean and there was little to no room to sit and wait. There is a TV to watch to pass time but with a mom and her 4 year old waiting there was not much room to fold or sit and wait.
Not so great for COVID rules so for now, I will not be returning.
No manager on site to assist with anything.
Parking is hard to come by as it’s in front of residential homes and a school.
Was there at 11am in a Monday.
Cost $18.00 to wash and dry 1 King size comforter. Price was fair to do this so I gave 1 star for fair pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to wash some large items that we couldn't do at home. Instructions about how to use machines would help. Also needs some way to use credit cards instead of requiring coins. A small laundry sink would help a lot. Everything works though, and it's nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure or meeting the lady who runs the mat, and her daughter. Such warm lovely people! So friendly and helpful. It was clean and welcoming. Smelled just like a laundry mat should too!! Like freshly washed clothes. Definitely will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me quite a while to figure out where to change my paper bills to loonies. Had to go to 7/11 only to find out that there is a machine inside the could change paper bills. Signs should be visible in the entrance. But other than that, operating the machines were easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this wash & Go for the first time yesterday afternoon. I was SHOCKED that it cost $15- for a load in the Large washer, so after I had put in the $7- I had, I switched it to quick wash, which was $11- or something similar, but the machine continued to demand the remainder of the original $15- It was just lucky I brought some cash with me. NO OPTION for change except through a machine. I called the "help" line for help, left a message and NO ONE returned my call for the duration of the 1.5hour I was there. Other people told me the price in their machines had just gone up by upto $4- per machine!!! No sink, no water, uncomfortable chairs while you wait and a messy table to fold clothes. I won't go there again! Also, no washrooms while you wait.
