Not only did Don replace a bushing but he also properly attached my front bumper. He did a proper alignment. The tire sensor was fixed. And he provided honest advice on several things instead of soaking me for $. I have never had such honesty. Plus the whole shop and staff are friendly and professional. Very hard to get in to see him but it's worth the wait.
I went to see Don again today and I got honest advice on my front shocks (can still hold out for a while, not absolutely urgent to change them yet) , and he fixed a few other things on my car without charging me. I think he's a really professional mechanic and a good person and I think he has earned all of these good reviews.
Will never look elsewhere again.

β β β β β Im wondering if there is a better way to get in touch with this autoshop. Ive called and left messages a couple times about getting my vehicle in for service and havent been able to speak to anyone or had any of my messages returned.
Didnt want to put a bad review on here because of that but it would be nice to be able to speak to someone at least.

β β β β β Don does great work, he is very knowledgeable and honest only does the work required when servicing our vehicles. He never over sells unnecessary services to generate revenue like the big dealers do. You can't go wrong taking your import vehicle to Don at 41St Auto.

β β β β β Its been over 3 years now that I have last been at Donβs shop. But I am sure he is still the same straightforward, genuine and honest guy that he has always been and his shop still does good quality work as I have known for over 5 years that I have been in Calgary. I live in SoCal now and every time I take my vehicle in to the shop I wonder if they will be as forthcoming and transparent as Don. He worked on 3 vehicles for me: everything from oil changes, tire rotation, battery and brake pads to snapped drive belts and water pump replacements. He is a great guy and every one of the 5 star reviews here are a testament to that. Don if you are reading this I have a Tacoma now and have modded it and go on off-roading trips. I will always remember you for all your friendship and goodwill. Live long and prosper!

He definitely goes the extra mile to help customers and explain things so that you can understand. The office is clean & inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone (and have!) Itβs nice to have a mechanic you can trust!
